Manreet Buttar
Registered Psychotherapist

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. If you're feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, struggling to move forward after a difficult experience, or trying to reconnect with yourself or your loved ones, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your experiences. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, workplace injuries, anger management challenges, and self-esteem concerns. This has shaped my commitment to providing culturally competent care tailored to your unique needs. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT), and person-centred therapy, while honouring your personal story, cultural background, and lived experiences. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in empathy. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I offer sessions in English.
