Outside the therapy room, you’ll likely find me with a strong cup of chai in hand, catching up on a good book or planning my next cozy Netflix binge.
I take a client-centered, holistic approach that is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. My therapeutic style draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and the Gottman Method. Whether you're looking for short-term support or a deeper, long-term healing process, my goal is to foster self-awareness, emotional balance, and lasting resilience—at your pace.
