Radhika Rangwani
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Life can feel overwhelming at any stage, and it's easy to become consumed by racing thoughts, anxiety, or low mood. Even the strongest among us can feel lost or stuck at a crossroads. With both personal and professional experience, I offer a compassionate and relatable approach to help you navigate life’s challenges and strengthen your mental health. My goal is to empower you to become your own therapist by equipping you with the tools and insight needed to take charge of your emotional well-being.
As a mother, daughter, and immigrant, my own intersectional journey has shaped me into a non-judgmental, empathic, and culturally sensitive clinician. I understand the complexities of identity, culture, and transition—and strive to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, newcomer adjustment, and motor vehicle accident-related trauma.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and other client-centered techniques.
I offer sessions in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu, ensuring accessible, culturally attuned care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
