Hi, I’m Nisha — a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is holistic and client-centered; I meet you where you are, integrating compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I offer secure online therapy to clients across Ontario.
Outside of my professional work, I’m a proud mom who enjoys spending quality time with my family. I also find peace in gardening — it’s my way of grounding and reconnecting with nature. Much like therapy, I believe that growth takes time, care, and the right environment.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the inner strength to heal and grow when given the right support. I value authenticity, respect, and connection in the therapeutic relationship. My personal motto is “Meet people where they are, not where you expect them to be.” I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported — where their unique cultural identities, life stories, and emotional experiences are honored with care and compassion.
