As the newest member of the team, Neelo joined SSPS in December 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing a strong focus on organization and client relations. In their role, they primarily handle booking appointments, managing schedules, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and timely service. With a dedication to efficiency and a friendly, approachable demeanor, Neelo plays an essential part in maintaining the seamless day-to-day operations of the office and supporting our clients with care and professionalism.

Amrita Shrestha
Admin Assistant

My name is Amrita. I’m a graduate of the Office Administration in Health Services program, where I developed a strong background and skills required to support patients and healthcare professionals. Since joining the team in May 2025, I became the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere during our patient’s psychotherapy journey with us. I assist with the day-to-day operations at the clinic by scheduling appointments, coordinating patient and provider communications, and maintaining confidential medical records. Being someone who finds fulfillment in helping others and making a meaningful difference, I appreciate being part of a team that is equally dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered care where our patients feel respected, heard and supported.

Nafisa Ally
Clinic Manager

Nafisa brings over 15 years of experience in motor vehicle accident case management, with extensive expertise in patient interviewing, clinical information gathering, and identifying appropriate assessment and treatment needs. She is skilled in understanding patients’ medical concerns, coordinating the appropriate assessments, and supporting the development of treatment pathways that help guide patients toward recovery.

In addition to her experience in case management, Nafisa has extensive knowledge in clinic administration and management.

She currently serves on the Accounts Receivable and Administrative Management team at SSPS, where she contributes to the effective coordination and administration of clinical and business operations.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nafisa enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as cooking and baking.
